Limited Warranty

We warrant to the person who originally purchased the products listed below, that those products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to these conditions. To approve your warranty claim, the following conditions must be met: (a) you must have purchased the product from baldcut.co or an authorized Baldcut dealer; (b) you must provide proof of your product purchase date; (c) if requested, you must return the product to Baldcut; and (d) you must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s instructions.

If a defect occurs under these circumstances and during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, replacement parts, or accessories. Normal wear and tear is not warranted. We may not be able to replace limited edition or discontinued products. If not, we will replace these products with an equivalent model based on availability. We may make changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

Warranty Periods

1 YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD

All purchasers of the Baldcut™ Shaver are eligible for a 12 Month (1 Year) Warranty. All other products purchased (replacement blades) are consumable items and are ineligible for warranty coverage.

LIFETIME WARRANTY PERIOD

Active subscription members are eligible for a Limited Lifetime Warranty, subject to the conditions below. If you are an: (a) active subscription member who has (b) received a blade refill shipment within 60 days of submitting a warranty claim, we will honor up to one (1) warranty claim in any 12-month period on the following products:

Baldcut™ Shaver

Limited Lifetime Warranty period applies to the following products purchased as part of the Baldcut Club Blade Refill plan. Products must be purchased and registered to your Baldcut account. Termination of the Baldcut Club plan will result in account removal from the Warranty program, and revert back to a standard 12 Month Warranty Period, which will end exactly one year from the date of the original purchase of covered products.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please send an email to hello@baldcut.co. If we confirm that your claim details are all in order and submitted on time, we'll approve your warranty request. Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll send you an email to confirm we got it and are working on your request. We typically inform you of our decision regarding your warranty claim within 10-14 business days upon receipt of your product or claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

There are no express warranties other than the LIMITED WARRANTY provided on this page. IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL BALDCUT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The warranty is only available in the United States. No Baldcut reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. This warranty does not apply if you purchased your product other than from our website or an authorized retailer.
