Typically, orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your order until it arrives at its destination. Delivery depends on your location but we ask to allow 5-10 days.

Where is my tracking information?

After placing your order, you'll get an immediate confirmation email. Once your order is processed and shipped, expect a second email with your tracking number within 1-3 business days. If our emails aren't in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folders. If you still can't find your order confirmation, feel free to contact us for help.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you've completed the checkout process and confirmed your order, it might be tough to cancel because our system quickly sends it to our delivery partner for speedy service. If you need to make changes or cancel, email us right away, and we'll try our best to help. Once an order has been marked as shipped and assigned a tracking number, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

How do I process a return?

To start a return, just follow the guidelines below.

1. Ensure you qualify for a return (received your products in the last 30 days).

2. Select a courier service and cover the return shipping cost (we don't cover it or provide labels).

3. Send the return to our warehouse at the listed address.

4. Share your return receipt or tracking info via email. Without tracking info, we might not process your return.

How do I know if I'm eligible to process a return/exchange?

To qualify, you must have received your order within 30 days. Then, email hello@baldcut.co to start a return, and include your order number in the package. Don't miss any of the original accessories. Once we get and handle your return, we'll quickly give you a refund or exchange.

Help! The shaver doesn't cut my hair!

Product Warranty

My shaver stopped working, what should I do?

If your shaver is acting up, you can do a simple check to figure out if it's the device or the blade causing the problem. Take off the 5-blade attachment and try using the machine without it. If the blade is the issue, it might act like the battery is faulty.


If your shaver won't turn on, won't charge, or doesn't work with any attachment, it's likely a problem with the device.

Is there a warranty?

The Baldcut shaver comes with a standard 1-year warranty, or an upgraded lifetime warranty for active Baldcut Shave Plan members.

How do I initiate a warranty claim?

To initiate a warranty claim, please send an email to hello@baldcut.co. If we confirm that your claim details are all in order and submitted on time, we'll approve your warranty request. After we get and check the product you sent back, we'll send you an email to confirm we got it and are working on your request.

How does my blade subscription work?

Our blade refill program is the easiest way to never run out of fresh, sharp blades. In order to maintain optimal performance of your Baldcut head shaver, changing your blades is essential. All active blade refill members are upgraded to a Lifetime Warranty for as long as the plan remains active. We'll send you a fresh new blade every 6, 8 or 12 weeks (it's your plan, you choose!) so you can continue experience smooth shaves. Adjust, skip cancel anytime.

Will I be notified before I get charged for my subscription?

We always let you know before charging or processing anything when your next shipment is on the way. Expect an email notice three days before your shipment, so you can easily make any changes, cancel, or modify as needed.

Why am I being charged when I didn't place an order?

It seems like your initial purchase included our exclusive blade refill service. This resulted in a discount during checkout, and every 6 weeks, we send you new blades.


Subscribers enjoy an automatic upgrade to a lifetime warranty. The warranty remains active as long as the plan is ongoing, and they receive a replenishment order within 90 days of filing a warranty claim.


Feel free to adjust your subscription anytime, such as skipping, canceling, or changing the frequency, directly through your self-service membership portal. Simply log in and click on "Manage Subscriptions" to make any necessary changes.

How does the blade subscription work?
